The Netherlands Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment (VROM) has made it its object to map the soil quality of the Netherlands within ten years. For this, SenterNovem, brought together the, until recently, independent incident reporting procedures into one automated ICT-system. This instruction film explains to users how it functions.
